One of the absolute greatest games I have ever played in my entire life. Metro as a series does so much to build an incredibly thorough intricate world that rewards exploration and making you feel important in the world as a character. It's elaborate and complex weapon mechanics make fire fights so tense. The story is incredibly well written and going into this blind is was an amazing experience with twists and turns that genuinely surprised me. The character arcs that you experience are fascinating and genuinely interesting, and this game in particular is one of the only games to genuinely make me cry at the end.

I absolutely 100% recommend this game.
