A great game with regular updates and an active community. Will not run on potatoes or toasters, so play it if you have a good PC only.

I would like to begin with this: The game is fun, if you are a new player, you will likely enjoy it. However, I, myself, can no longer play it because I remember what the game used to be, before the developers came in and made everything "veteran only". It is a free game, but do not expect to make progress at a normal speed without paying.

The game has nice graphics, but you don't need a strong PC to play. There are good sounds and effects. People 12 and above can play it, and the game is easy to learn the basics, but it becomes significantly higher when you get started for real. Gameplay is fun, but not particularly impressive. Grinding is unrealistic and progress comes if you pay. Now for why I do not recommend, long read incoming:

I first started playing this game in 2015 or 2016, and played an hour everyday for a while, somedays less than others because of intense homework, but I would play quite a bit. I currently have 159 hours on it. I stopped when I had 150. The other 9 I played more recently to see how it has evolved over the time, to see if I should return to it.

When I first joined, I enjoyed it. The tutorial was very basic and didn't do enough, and you had to teach yourself how to carry out any role other than infantry, but I learned fast. I started out with a German soldier, then got an American pilot, then Soviet Recon, and German Tanker. Split in that order roughly 50-20-20-60 hours. It was, at the time, easy to experience all aspects of the game. You could switch between branches for a fee (Example: Infantry to Recon for 12000 credits or so.) but it was doable. I was getting maybe 500 credits a match, though don't hold me up to that, because I'm not entirely sure. Then they stopped that. I could no longer switch between branches. I had bought an american infantry soldier, that I planned to switch to Paratrooper after accumulating experience, became useless to me, but I didn't mind too much. It kind of made sense, so I went with it. After all, I could just buy a Paratrooper soldier directly, and switching didn't have much of an effect on gameplay. But when they locked that, that was the first event in a series that led to the game slowly getting worse. Over time, I noticed that Reto kept adding things to the game, great! Though every addition got more expensive (high price for low return) until it became difficult to get them unless you paid for a Veteran membership or bought credits.

Over all this time, more things got added, and some of them were legitimately good, except crazily expensive, and I, along with most players, became annoyed at how hard the game was getting, I got killed from across the map in every match, by a guy using a sniper rifle that I could never afford.

Despite this, I stayed content. After all, I had many characters and I didn't really need that stuff. And I enjoyed the challenge. What I had was more than good enough for now.

And then, prices for soldiers shot up. As in it became impossible to buy one without a few hundred hours of gameplay without spending ANYTHING (impossible, you have to maintain vehicles and stuff, which is why your income was always 200 less than what you actually got from a battle.), or again, paying. To give an idea, a normal infantry Private became many tens of thousands of Credits (in comparison to maybe just 20,000 before), and I didn't need infantry, I wanted a paratrooper ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. It was at this point that the game began to feel like a chore. Like I wasn't playing for enjoyment, I was playing in hopes of maybe buying that rifle eventually, or maybe getting that tank, or maybe managing to get that amphibious car. Things kept getting worse until I gave up and stopped, and I ended up moving to other games, games like Battlefield and Rainbow Six, and Arma, because though they were expensive, and often hard, I could pay once, for the price of the game, and not worry about how I was going to make it through the next game or how I would save up for that gun that would give me a chance at fighting back.

Over the time period between me leaving the game and now, I have played a couple times, and though it was a legitimately nice game, I didn't want to go on anymore because I always remembered what it was, and what it could have been.

Really nice game!

This game is amazing if you like racing, cop-v-criminal, or high-tech cars.
If you are a cop, the goal is to put do-wn racers by hitting and destroying their cars (with the help of weapons adn roadblocks!)

The racers do the opposite though they also have cool toys to play with.

But multiplayer is empty these days... :c
