Just heard about this game and decided to try it, which turned into me sitting and playing for 5 hours. It is so damn good! I wish there was more just because of how fun it is, but I think the pacing of the campaign is very well done. Always challenging, but never frustrating, and the level design is one of the biggest strengths. Lots of show but don't tell, but new skills are taught at a steady pace and it's really satisfying going back to the beginning and seeing how much better I am at it. It looked gorgeous on my OLED steam deck, good consistent art style that is classic but not derivative. The music as someone else mentioned, is also great. They said that they set out to make something that was a bit similar to classic games like Sonic spinball and others, I would strongly be willing to argue that this is the pinnacle of the genre. If you like what I would call maybe “adventure pinball” such as the classics along the lines of Sonic Spinball, and the various Mario/Pokemon/Metroid/Kirby pinball games that Nintendo used to put out, you absolutely should not miss this one. 10/10

I have been really into Rogue Likes and Survivor games and this one almost got lost in the shuffle. I’m glad it caught my eye in my library, it is one of the best. I’ve out 6+ hours in on my Steam Deck and haven’t had a single issue. It runs great and plays great I’m really excited to see how great this game ends up being once it’s completed.
