Cozy world with a nice story :)

This game came out of nowhere! A singleplayer mmo simulation with a story straight out of anime.
Sign me up! There is practicly nothing I don't like about the game. Great combat system, exploration,
viraity in play styles (it caters to both completionists and speedrunners) and so much more.

Thisi s probably the best turn based RPG that has been release in modern time.

One of the best turn based RPGs out there!

I am a huge fan of the original fallout series and other games like it that includes the baldurs gate games, neverwinter nights and so more. Among all the games my favorite was always Arcanum. For years I have waited for a new game to populate that list of great RPG games. There have been games that have come close but nothing that stood out (in this specific genre) untill I played Divinity: Original Sin.

It is not a perfect game (100% random loot that makes you save/load alot and a unpolished crafting system) but it is one of the best RPGs I have played. It combines what I love about turn based RPGs with the great things that come with modern advances. It does not try to be retro it innovates ontop of an old genre with new elements and amazing graphics.

Simply put, if you like turn based RPGs I highly recommend this game for you.
Also, cant wait for the next game.

I’m sorry but this just isn’t good enough. The placement of the buttons and the feel of the clicks are just bad. Holding the controller feels unnatural and the haptic feedback is too loud, you need to wear headphones unless you want to be continuously annoyed by the loud buzzing. It does not do first person shooters and strategy games good enough for it to be a viable alternative to a keyboard and mouse, even if you want to sit in our couch. This makes it fail on its supposed strong points and it is miles away in terms of being useful in any other genre. It’s pricey and non-compatible with a UI that is hard to understand when you want to customize the controls.
