One of the best Real-Time Strategy games all time. Still has working Multiplayer, thanks to the community Forged Alliance Forever(FAF) programme, including different types of matchmaking and custom games.

Game itself is really good. 4 factions with unique unit choices(but mostly - not entirely - same economy), good controls, great overview - you can zoom all the way out. Game still looks really pretty too. Would recommend. The campaign is fun too.

Oh No, Aliens are like abducting people and ♥♥♥♥. It's up to you to stop them, that is to manage squads in combat shooting little grey aliens and bigger ones too, and then also on a strategic layer, where you manage a base and all that stuff. It's cool, if you're into that. Holds up very well.

A year ago they made an April Fools Day announcement about making a Horatio Dating Game...and they actually did it, the absolute madmen and women! It's great too. Extra Horatio Lore! Everything we desired to know about living in Horatio Society! Would recommend, and looking forward to part 2!

Cool expansion. Adds a faction of space ghosts that are usually hidden and hack everything and everyone,as well as an espionage in hacking, where you hack enemy systems for different effects as well as set up firewalls and other defenses to not have your own systems hacked. Would defiently recommend!

Great DLC that adds a bunch of extra content. Obviously the main draw are the Vaulters, a fan-favorite faction returning, or, given how they have left the planet it was set on and moved into space, moved on from, Endless Legend, though they were also present in the first Endless Space. In Endless Space 2 the Vaulters are implemented with features from both of their previous iterations; the portals from Endless Space 1, the use of strategic resources in Endless Legend, and their whole new colonization mechanic. The portals and the strategic focus work especially well together, allowing them to spread themselves out to the systems where there the strategics actually are without overextending themselves. Their questline is also very interesting, dropping some interesting revelations and involving other things I won't spoil.

The other content is also very cool. Exploration quest add some extra flavour with new things to find when probin' curiousities, pirates can be bribed and told whom to attack now, even peace can be made, for a price, and for only 1 empire at a time. And the Sisters of Mercy provide a new minor faction, which is always good.

The other main draw are the new, exotic, weapons modules, are also really cool, and pretty easy to explain. Boarding pods board enemy ships, for example, EMP weapons disable enemy weapons or shields, and the mighty Blast Effect Battery can explode whole flottilas of small ships at once, and looks really great too.
