Pretty fun! If you're addicted to clickers (which I am) and time wasters (which I am) this is another good addition. Repetitive backgrounds (of course) but a lot more diverse than others, and the fantasy & guild heroes theme is actually utulized unlike most clicker games! Very Free, just expect to leave it running a LONG LONG Time. If that's not your thing? This is not your game. If you're looking for a total time soak with easy to play in the background of work? PERFECT!



Edit 7/13: Updating to add a ton of TL;DR basic tips
The game doesn't hold your hand, it assumes you're smart enough to figure out the basics of a pretty simple game. But I hate watching people flounder, so REALLY BASICS! NOT for people already "experts" in the game, it'll bore you to tears:

Each hero has 5 item slots for power ups, the gold from monsters is used for this. Every ten levels or so, the bosses can drop things like 1) chests 2) runes 3) uhhh... blue money >>; Yeah I don't really know what it's called. You need keys to open the chests, but ! You *get* keys by sending your autoclick faerie on quests OR by time looping (which of course, unwinds all your gold spent on level ups and heroes!) The chests have free perma-items for heroes at completely random. You start off with only 2 items per hero: basic health and demage, these are expanded to heightened health and damage + boots which will give that hero a damage bonus specifically for the map they're "experts in" ie: Thief does best in graveyards, priest does best in city etc.

Runes give you items for your magic fae/OVERALL EVERYONE and this sticks through all timeloops and more runes = leveling up those items. You do this with the 3rd master (click master tab ofc) and you can get free runes (purple square things) in chests too.

Blue money you can exchange for items. Each item requires a key to use (again, you only get keys by quests or timelooping). Summon friend = go to the forums, click a thread with everyone's code and put in two. Switch them around until you find active friends and then love them forever. It only lasts 24 hours, but it's a cheap (25 blue money) item aside from the key. Passage books skip 10 levels, so they're best saving for when you timeloop, have keys, and don't have the time/patience to go the slower route! Garaga-something gives you double gold, so always use that ONLY after coming back from being AFK for ages and collecting all your quest/afk money. (failed quests = bonus gold money) And way better on MUCH higher levels ofc. Wizard's Notes are the BEST and most expensive (100 blue money /CRAI!) but they automatically complete your wizard quest no matter how much time was left (so don't use it for 3 min. quests stupid self yeah I DID THAT A LOT lol) and double the chance of success rate for that and 3 other quests. Bangin! TOTALLY worth the key, SOMETIMES worth the blue money if you have a lot or are like me and as quest obsessed as clicker obsessed :\

There are 3 masters. The chest & key master, the exchange master, the rune master, and a BONUS master whom you have to buy with 50 gems (green things you get for completely achievements and quests and being stupidly lucky. Or you can buy with IRL money. I mean I haven't, but you can if you have more money than time and no patience.) This will give you a mimic. The mimic is an automatic chest that fights on your side. You can employ extra imps with blue money and set them to work on making things to power up your mimic/chest. Things like: extra items. Extra DPS (damage per second u nub) Extra HP (who doesn't love HP amirite?) all of which is immensely handy. YOU WILL **NEED** THESE MUCH MUCH LATER IN THE GAME. If the mimic is killed in a boss fight, that's it, no more plussing it up. You have to pay 10 more blue money to enchant another, get a new chest (which means additional key to open >:T) and while that's almost certainly worth it; it will NOT be worth it on your first two or three timeloops. You want to get to the 250/300 level range MINIMUM imo.

You can't timeloop until you reach level 100. This is not a fast game. You will not reach level 100 in the first hour unless you are insane or did something wrong. And not all the cheating autoclickers in the world can help you with that, because the game's mechanics prevent it. :P At lv. 500 your bonus for timelooping doubles. THIS IS TOTALLY WORTH THE EXTRA DAY OF BOREDOM YOU MIGHT HAVE TO SPEND TO WAIT. SERIOUSLY. So many keys. So many runes! So very good! You can't afford to get all the heroes before your first timeloop. If you've ever played other clicker games, you know this is standard. This is PROBABLY NOT a good "baby's first clicker," because it definitely DOES assume you know all these things already.

SKILLS: As you buff your heroes with items, they get skill points. Sort of like Masteries in League of Legends. I always go with the Hunter/Ranger's Item grabs, and the Thief's Shakedown (more gold :V) but ymmv. DO try to get enough stuff to buff and heal your dudes though. This is part of the "All the autoclickers in the world can't help you cheat" because it's not a damage only system, it's combining the guild and RPG elements in a way I PERSONALLY ADORE, but if you aren't into those games? SKIP THIS.

Lastly: Gems & rings. You can get 500 gems REALLY quickly early on (first week) by fast completing achievements and using wizard's notes and such, but TRY TO SAVE THEM. 100 gems will give you 100 special gold for the governors slot machine's, but I blew mine so fast there XD Slot machines will get you every time. It's better to wait for the runes & key machines if you are determined to play the slots at all. (the key machine has little keys in it, the rune machine is purple, the chest machine has a chest in front, and the gold machine is obvs. loud and blaring) Eventually as you get to the higher levels of the game, you will actually start exchanging 10 chests for blue money. Because the more you buff your dudes, the better your odds of chests, and DO NOT BOTHER OPENING THE UNBOOSTED CHESTS. They're NOT worth the keys. Boosted chests ARE. (they remain boosted for a few minutes when you first get them, but if you're afk, just collect the chests for blue money, it's worth it.) And don't use the special gold for regular gold slot machines, sooooo not worth it. 100 gems = 100 slot machine gold. REALLY only the runestones and key machines are worth it imo, but ymmv.

RINGS: Each ring (goes in your main fae's pockets where the other items like wizards notes and ♥♥♥♥ are; then open your jewlery box ofc) is per a hero. You are not always guaranteed to get the same heroes, even if you buffed up say the conqueror a bajillion times, you might get the defender ring and then the defender instead. (same hero spot: #1, different skills and items) THIS IS OKAY. STOP PANICKING. (specifically to those who did/do/are on the boards and reviews) Variety is what keeps us from getting bored ffs. If you have both rings, you can take one off and decrease your chances of getting that hero. NOT ELIMINATE. The rings are fantastic. The more they level up (via only quests or MIMIC CHESTS <3 afaik) the more they increase that hero's odds of getting runes, blue money & chests from bosses. HELL YEAH!!! \o/ Depending on your play style you might want to make it so that all your heroes cover different regions (remember ^ specialty regions each.) or you can just make sure to select those areas your dudes are gonna kick the most ass in.

That should cover it! The forums are friendly enough if you have questions, but seeing 4 hours and people completely misunderstanding the game mechanics was too much cringe for me lol.
