Early Access Review
I've played Mount & Blade, Warband, Fire & Sword, and now Bannerlord.

TaleWorlds have outdone themselves with Bannerlord and despite only 2/3s of the content being in the game it already feels more complete than any EA game out there and there's already a lot more depth to gameplay than the old games.

Army tactics in Bannerlord have been improved massively from the older games. Now you can form armies and work with other AI lords to collectively command troop regiments in battle.

If you level your tactics skill high enough you'll get the option to pre-place your troops on the map before the battle starts which can be a huge help if you're trying to win via strategy rather than brute strength and numbers.

Battle auto-resolution simulations have been fixed compared to Warband where they were useless.

The criminal system where you can run your own inner-city gangs didn't make the cut in early access so you won't be able to play as a gang leader fighting other gangs over city districts, but that feature will come with time.

There's still quite a few game-breaking bugs that you need to be careful to avoid, but those are forgivable since it is Early Access and devs have been hard at work rushing out patches on a daily basis so far.

It's a fun game already and will improve over the next year. It's worth the price already imo, but if you absolutely can't handle playing a game that isn't perfectly optimized and is buggy then definitely do wait until later when the game is officially released.

If you're a fan of the ARPG genre, but wish there was more depth to class customization this is the game for you.

The character progression system is an excellent compromise between the complexity of Path of Exile and the simplicity of Torchlight II which makes it not as daunting as Path of Exile is for newcomers, yet has enough content to entertain veteran ARPG players.

However, in my opinion, the story in Grim Dawn trumps both Path of Exile and Torchlight II.

Perfect for singleplayer fun or teaming up with friends you know. However, if you're interested in the multiplayer aspect with other random online players I'd recommend you play Path of Exile. Due to data being processed and stored client-side, it's really easy for cheaters to make their characters godlike, and speed around while wrecking everything on the map, ruining the fun.

Early Access Review
Has promise, but the difficultly needs to be boosted to make the game challenging.

I've only played the first episode, but it's been amazing so far.

The characters are very relatable and the storytelling (so far) is so much better than any Telltale game I've played.

It's like crack. You keep telling yourself 'just one more turn'. but then you realize you've been sitting in your underwear for for 36 hours and you've forgotten to check on your wife who gave birth to your baby last night.

Based in the Walking Dead universe you'll follow the story of Clem as she fights for survival and meets friends and enemies. Along the way you'll be forced to make tough choices that may determine who lives and who dies.

In my opinion this game had a few weak points. The first and the last episodes in the game were by far the best episodes. The middle was sort of meh.

I still enjoyed it and am looking forward to Season 3

This game was my first visual novel and it did not disappoint. Based in the Walking Dead universe you'll follow the story of Lee as he fights for survival and meets friends and enemies. Along the way you'll be forced to make tough choices that may determine who lives and who dies.

I loved every single moment of the story.
