this game is so beautifully haunting. the twisted visuals that blur your concept of what's actually happening or not, the funny jabs here and there, the sound design when the screen is black and all you can hear is *that noise*, the story that was doomed from the start. it's all amazing. i couldn't stop thinking about this game and what all of the symbolism and metaphors could mean after I finally finished it. i think this game handled its heavy topics really really well without having to subject people directly to the abuse happening. it made my skin crawl in the best way
