As an avid gamer and a lover of space exploration, I had high hopes for Starfield. However, after spending countless hours navigating its universe, I can't help but feel overwhelmingly disappointed by the experience.

First and foremost, the excessive loading screens are a major buzzkill. In this day and age, it's simply unacceptable for a game released in 2024 to have such frequent interruptions. Whether it's transitioning between planets or simply entering a new area, the loading screens constantly disrupt the flow of gameplay, making it feel disjointed and frustrating.

Once you've completed the main storyline, the game's excitement dwindles rapidly. There's a noticeable lack of engaging content beyond the main quest, leaving players stranded in a dull and repetitive universe. The recycled armors and weapons only add insult to injury, making exploration feel more like a chore than an adventure.

Perhaps the most infuriating aspect of Starfield is its archaic game engine. While other titles like No Man's Sky and Elite Dangerous allow players to seamlessly soar through the cosmos without interruption, Starfield forces you to endure endless loading screens just to travel between systems. It's a glaring flaw that highlights Bethesda's reluctance to modernize their technology and keep pace with industry standards.

In conclusion, Starfield fails to deliver the immersive spacefaring experience that fans were promised. With its outdated engine, lackluster content, and frustrating loading screens, it's clear that Bethesda missed the mark with this release. Save your credits and explore elsewhere, because Starfield is a voyage not worth taking.
