Made me feel all the feels. Highly recommended.

The gameplay is pretty lacking with only about three open world levels and the rest of the game just back-to-back boss fights. The boss fights get repetitive, with most being defeated by simple "hit, hit, dodge, repeat" tactics. When not fighting bosses, you're forced to fight through droves of the same two types of enemies (vikings and ice monsters) while exploring barren levels. There aren't really collectibles so there's no incentive to explore. The combat is clunky and I kept on experiencing a glitch that didn't allow me to adjust the camera while running.

So why am I recommending it? The music and the main characters steal the show and are the main reason to play this game. For two dollars, it's a blast just listening to the crazy banter and music. While it started getting stale towards the end, it wasn't really a problem because of the game's short length. I found myself just looking forward to the next cut scene and not really caring about the actual gameplay.

Very fun and quite difficult. The music and graphics are spot on for an 80's arcade game. I'm also really digging the overall look of the arcade cabinet. Lots of nice little touches too, like the cabinet joystick moving along with the player's actions. I kinda geeked out when I saw scan lines on the game screen, simulating an old CRT monitor.

A treat for fans of arcade classics and totally worth the asking price.

10/10 will try to not get eaten again.

Fox & Flock is a neat little board game. Something you play for a half hour to kill some time. Sadly, it's very light on features, almost feeling like a demo for a full featured game. But for under $2.00 I *really* can't complain. Overall, I really enjoyed it and I hope the creators decide to make a chess game with the same aesthetics.

The Good:

-Story mode is short (about 20 minutes; I guess you can think of it as a tutorial)

The Ugly (which hopefully get patched) :
---Questionable AI (Dumb moves, or the AI just repeats the same two moves over and over, really dragging down the flow of the game)
---Game breaking glitches, requiring game restart
---Inability to use Steam overlay or take screenshots

The controls are TERRIBLE. It takes forever to turn yourself around while getting pelted by non-stop bullets. Even by mid-90's standards, the graphics look UGLY. They were going for a "hand drawn" look, but it ended up looking worse than an early Beavis and Butthead episode.

Fun fun fun game, very similar to the Incredible Machine! Highly recommended!

Cute and furry puzzle game. Nothing but brain-teasers here. Something you'd expect to find on Newgrounds. If it's on sale for under $2.00, I say you should check it out.
