This game is simultaneously flawed and hard to criticize because it's fantastic for the price, especially if you buy it on sale. It really could be a masterpiece with only a couple of tweaks, but even now I'd give it a solid 8/10. Shame they went in a different direction with 3.

Lightning-in-the-bottle type stuff really. Not only was this made by a team of creatives at the peak of their powers, all of the elements of this VN work in perfect cohesion. In particular this features some of the strongest writing in any sci-fi media. Really doubt we'll see anything like it any time soon.

Can't recommend this in good conscience. The music is good, but the game is full of typical indie game issues such as obvious cut corners to save on development costs and artificial difficulty. Pick this up when it's discounted by 80% or more.
