Update: Still an amazing game.

Easily one of the most entertaining 4x strategy games I have ever played. Perhaps the best part is the lore and attention to detail. The game is easy to pickup and learn the basics, but there are plenty of more complex mechanics under the surface for you to master. If you want a turn based fantasy strategy game, nothing else compares.
The DLC are also all worth it.
