The only thing I was worried about was the quality of the port, however it exceeded my expectations. This is the smoothest the game has ever felt and benefits it greatly. Other than that, it's P5R which is one of the best jRPG's ever made.
The only negative however, is the DLC inclusion or rather the way it has been included. If you want to only claim cosmetic outfits you will also have to claim all consumables and equipment items which cannot be sold, remove any challenge from the game if used, and clutter your inventory making it very difficult to navigate late game.
Personally (no pun intended), I'd advise to avoid DLC's altogether for the first time around and then claiming them for a NG+ Merciless run.
