Well, I really enjoyed a few aspects of this game such as the WW2 atmosphere and unit variety. I can say for certain that it is not a good card game, good luck playing anything other than the British or the U.S. made it to FM with Germany (dumb luck with aggro blitzkrieg deck) and almost got there with the Soviets but the truth of the matter is that if you are a free to play player like me it is nigh impossible to build a truly viable deck with either of what are in my opinion the two most interesting WW2 factions. The Germans while good on the offensive often lose games once the frontline is lost with little to no chance of actual recovery. The Soviets with their beefy but slow infantry and limitless reserve forces (historical fallacy) are often outclassed by the more midrange decks it seems as though the only way to truly beat the Western Allies is to play them and that is a cardinal sin of game balance. I can count on two hands the amount of times I have won with Soviets or Germans against either of the two aforementioned factions. While other card games such as MTG which I have wasted whole years worth of time on and rife with it's own balancing plays more smoothly than Kards. There is immense potential with the game and I could see it being a true classic and a great game at that. I had always wanted a WW2 card game and I thought this would deliver. I would suggest that all of you fellow CCG History nerds wait a while before you sink hours pounding your head against a brick wall like I did.

TL;DR

Don't bother with any faction other than Western Allies....

First off, I love this DLC pack. Then why the thumb down? Grider is broken that's why, PAYDAY 2 used to be a difficult co-op shooter that was a challange but now with Grinder equipped all other metas are rendered inferior with dodge a close second and armor builds badly needing a buff. Dear OVERKILL I want two things. 1. Armor buff 2. Higher difficulty. Or you could make the game a balance of the three metas Grinder, Dodge, and Armor all acting as a rock paper scissor kinda thing. In PAYDAY I want to feel like a badass but not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god of war.

This game is something special, I bought it last Friday and I already have 20+ hours. I expected a game that would glorify war, much like most other FPS games out there. Red Orchestra makes you feel powerful and weak at the same time, you can deal death you can die with one mistake. It turned an FPS vet like me into a wimpering conscript, huddled alone in a cold trench in the Godforsaken city of Stalingrad.

Rising Storm, wow. In no other game have I encountered a more authentic Pacific theater of war game. The Japanese feel cunning and ruthless and the Americans feel well balanced and their classes have alot of firepower.

Total score: 9.5/10 -would crawl into a trench and freeze to death again

I could scantly reccommend even trying this game. The voice acting and story and atmosphere and idea are amazing. But the sad truth is... It's really boring. I wanted to like this game, I really did. I WANT TO SEE SOMETHING. Could not even get past the first part due to boredom. The devs have something great here, let's not squander it with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gameplay.

Exciting, and good fun. Preferably play with some good bros of yours. Soon you'll be rolling in dough.
