Heavy downgrade from the first game. Very linear, and heavily scripted. Garbage rod (mosin nagant) is praised by the developers even though it was a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rifle back then and still is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ rifle now. The elite russian sniper team can tank 5 shots to the head from 100 meters because I can't find the sweetspot to trigger a killcam. Why the ♥♥♥♥ would you give us the ability to carry corpses? That feature is pointless, there wasn't a single "clean up the area so you don't spook the target" mission objective. ♥♥♥♥ your checkpoint system, its totally garbage, saving the game while the enemies are ganking up on me like the horde in left4dead campaign finale, forced me to restart entire missions. Shooting enemy weapons which happens very often should render that weapon useless, forcing them to switch to a pistol or something. The only redeeming factor is the killcam. It was satisfying on release and still is in 2022. Hitting an eyeball, a testicle or getting 3 in 1 by detonating a grenade on enemies belts. Movement is pretty bad, constantly getting stuck on geometry and main character has the stamina of an 80 year old grandma, only able to sprint for less than 2 seconds. Enemy snipers can spot you from a mile away with their back turned and if they whiff a shot don't worry, they can do 2-3 followup shots in less than a second. It's literally Gears of War but with a sniper rifle, only there isnt much sniping. Most of the time I find myself point shooting instead of looking through rifle optics. Enemies don't make footsteps noise ever. Only thing you have to go on when trying to find your opponent is their ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dialogue. "Sniper!" "I'll find you" "He's here" etc. When you think sniper game theres one thing that comes to mind. Being stealthy, at least until you make your first shot. The game doesn't have a single indicator whether you're visible or not, You can stand 10 ft away from an enemy soldier and not get spotted. Other times you get spotted on a night mission from 50ft away. The game aged like the milk on my wall. You're better off saving up money and getting an hour or two with a hooker than playing this garbage.

Bad netcode, bad drawing distance, glitchy water reflections. No one asked for exclusive twitch drops, I'm not gonna watch your ♥♥♥♥♥♥ streams to get skins let me buy them. You have to pay hunt dollars for DLC characters you already own which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. Learn to write proper server code. Desync issues since the early alpha release. Double KO fest bcuz the server cant calculate who got hit first (who shot first + muzzle velocity) dont buy this game, this is not the old crytek crew. These new generation ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cant get graphics or netcode right. But they will gladly take your money.

Took a completely wrong direction with the game. It was a fine balance of fun and difficult. The fact that the game was coded on a maxipad doesn't help. 0/10 might have to resort to cheating to make this game fun again cuz now its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ drag.

Boring, glitchy POS. Coop was programmed by a 5 year old.

Pushed a Wolfhound 40mm anti fortification gun with a friend about 300 meters to the front line. Got a few direct hits on enemy combatants. 10/10 would buy again

Terrible optimization. 80fps on 3900x 2080Ti, get the ♥♥♥♥ outta here

Edit: Dying to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fps dips in ritual, strongboxes etc. HC is unplayable cuz I'm dying for BS reasons.
