This game has so much potential. Remember it is an alpha. For the price, it's been a great value for me (>100hrs for $20). Best played when you have friends as it can get a little dicey with raiders and people who kill on sight. All around great time if survival and crafting are your thing.

lol 100 hrs for a twenty spot. this review is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cute. pretty much all my hours are on legacy (aka the old version/build of the game). legacy vs "new" rust is crazy but in a good way that i've come to embrace. old rust was <b>absolutely unforgivingly brutal</b> super buggy had ♥♥♥♥ textures tons of fun glitches that ppl used to their advantages and was just one of those weird phenomenons- a cult classic of a game if you will.

the current version of the game also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rocks but it's not the game i have my hours on. i think i've played around 30-40, maybe less, on the current version but i plan on changing that. it's just such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ committment playing this game for me...

get this game if you are into brutal survival and love to lie cheat and kill people (especially prepubescent boys w/ spec'd out rigs and no jobs) but also love spending hours and hours mining and crafting only to have it all taken away the second you log off to sleep or tend to real-world responsibilities. it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome.
