Good game, the devs are trash, and the shady microtransactions need to stop :).

It's not a vampire battle royale and it doesn't have loot boxes so people hate on it. Welcome to 2018 :)

I´m gonna start by saying this is a very flawed game, and the reason why i do that is because, if you can get past the cheap and old graphics, the clunky mechanics, the mediocre fighting system etc... you get one of the best experiences in the RPG genre. I can totally see why people would hate this game though, but, what you also need to understand is that this game is from 2007 and back in those days the tech and the money wasn't there for CD PROJEKT RED. Overall i loved the story, the characters and i believe this game was really important for the future of this series and the success of Witcher 2 and 3. If you played it a couple years ago and hated it, try it again, maybe install some mods (that's what i did) and although it won't change some of the BIG problems the game has, it will make your experience a lot more enjoyable.
