When this came out and I started my first venture on the Tiqqun, I had so much fun. It was insanely difficult managing the logistics and the discontent of the crew... After a a couple of months and now a re-run with Challenge Mode, I can safely say - For new Administrators, this experience is a blast.

The setting is interesting and intriguing, the rush from exploring new regions and seeing the oddities of the time bent galaxy, to finding that efficient build that keeps itself self-sustaining after hours and hours of juggling resources, this game feels so good.

There's only a couple of drawbacks I feel I need to acknowledge however.
- The encounters you face in every chapter has pre-determined outcomes. You can easily find guides that show every outcome and every bit of lore if you want to make it a bit easier for yourself, but this can also be nearly memorized once you've done it the first time and a bit of save scumming.
- By Chapter 3 (of 5), you can research everything in the tech tree with a little bit of time, you can get basically unlimited resources, and almost everything ahead at this point just feels like a drop in the bucket in terms of difficulty. Even on Challenge Mode, I felt absolutely no challenge. I felt like I was just only there to accomplish story elements.
- Once you've completed the story once, you know 95% of the story. There are different endings, but you barely do anything to make the ending different. In fact, as soon as you start Chapter 5, you can just save scum your way to both endings right there.

I wish there were more story elements, or some form of endless mode to work with, or something to allow me to constantly juggle getting more people onto the Tiqqun and managing resources.

This game at the end of the day boils down to the equivalent to a Frostpunk scenario that you complete over and over again and see how much better and faster you can do it. That doesn't have to be bad, but after a playthrough, I don't feel the want or need to jump back in.

Looking forward to the future of this game, it is so incredible and it is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun. I would be so happy to keep supporting this game as long as it is continuing to expand its boundaries, and I feel you should too. The lore is interesting and constantly being debated and talked about on the DOLOS Discord, so there's always more to uncover!
