Toem is a very enjoyable albeit short game (definitely happy that I got it on sale given how short it was). I would definitely recommend this to people who enjoy games like A Short Hike or Chicory. The photography aspect of the game is fairly simplistic but the quests are enjoyable and each area is varied enough to make the entire experience very engaging. The music is also very well done in my opinion. I look forward to seeing what the developer makes next.

Really wasn't sure if I would like this game because I never played anything like it but it has become one of my favorite games. There is a ton of stuff to do and everything about the game is well designed and clearly made with a lot of love and attention. The creator is still updating it and with the addition of mods there is a ton of things to do in this game. I always find myself coming back to this game and I have even purchased it on other systems. Probably one of my favorite games of all time.

One of my favorite games and the first game I ever completed everything on. Everything about this game is great and I can't recommend it enough for someone who enjoys puzzle games. The design and soundtrack are beautiful. You can really tell that a lot of hard work and love went into this game. However, a lot of the stuff is difficult or impossible to do without some sort of guide which can get somewhat tedious after awhile. Based purely on my love of this game, I still hold out hope that Phil Fish will realize the error of ways and make a sequel.

Not a fan of the cosmetic/item system (things are extremely overpriced) but the gameplay is extremely enjoyable. The season goals and rewards are a nice addition and it at least gives you a chance of unlocking some items without needing to put more money into the game. Still have server issues occasionally but nowhere near as bad as it once was.

There was so much wrong with this game when it came out but Hello Games has worked so hard to improve it and add so much to it (for free). I still wish they had just held back on releasing the game (or releasing it in Early Access and charging a reduced amount for it) but they have made good on their promises during development and at launch.
