it's a good game imo, but still need some optimization in terms of performance especially for low-end pc and some server optimization since it's more laggy after the 1.0 update. 7.5/10 but, it could get higher or lower depends on the updates in the future.

UPDATE

runs pretty good after some patche. if you're using data plan avoid this game, update cost a lot of data, up to 14gb on major update.
