The best Wolfenstein game ever made, period. Instead hassling with outdated vanilla client, use game assets with iortcw source port which is cross-platform.

Such a blast since the original Half-Life mod version. A game which executes Aliens vs Marines setting much better than official AVP titles. It supports Linux natively but does require a high end system to deliver proper framerate, keep that in mind.

Got that during one of the Humble Bundle sales, so I paid for this. Don't mind my play time, I spent most of my Killing Floor time with Unreal Tournament 2004 mod.

Horde shooters and zombie games aren't exactly my jam. But Killing Floor execute both of them so well that a player like me who despises such themes and sub-genres ends up playing it for hours. I suggest using OpenGL renderer instead of Direct3D in order to avoid compatibility issues.

Don't mind my play time; back in the day I patched it to play via WINE and probably spend more than 40 hours including mods.

It works fine on Linux via Steam Play / Proton. Just backup stock OpenGL renderer, use UTGLR's enhanced OpenGL renderer and limit your framerate into 100.

It's alright. Don't expect a masterpiece that surpasses Angry Birds. Considering the price level, you get what you pay for. Though, I wouldn't recommend for achievement hunting since some of the achievements require single shot accuracy.

I got this game during Humble Weekly Sale: Tripwire in 2013, so I paid for it.

Red Orchestra is one of the earliest realism shooters in market that popularized single shot kill concept.

If you have compatibility issues on recent versions of Windows, try switching to OpenGL renderer by editing RedOrchestra.ini file in <path-to-game>\System directory. Change

RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice ;RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice

lines into

;RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice

Unfortunately, all populated servers are located in East Europe which is a big bummer for players in the Americas. For server list:

The best single player Star Wars first person shooter / third person action game ever. Linux users can natively play the game via xLAva[github.com]'s JediOutcastLinux[github.com] source port. If you are looking for more multiplayer focused experience, you better get Jedi Academy instead.

Oyun aslında iyi ama 2013 yılındaki güncellemede ortaya çıkan hataların hemen hemen hiçbiri giderilmedi ve Valve'ın sorunu çözmeye niyeti yok. Üstelik asıl oyuna kıyasla mod desteği oldukça sınırlı. Ciddiyim, asıl oyunu alın, bana hak vereceksiniz.

Quite an interesting platformer speedrunner. As it is not a demanding, yet pretty looking game, it performs great in middle ranged laptops on Linux: Intel i5-6200U CPU, Nvidia GeForce 940M GPU, 384.111 proprietary drivers, 4GB RAM, 2GB VRAM: 300 FPS on 1080p. Good job! The game recognizes generic XInput controllers like Logitech F310 Gamepad without an issue.

The gameplay is easy to learn but seriously hard to master. If for some reason, you are used to detach from grappling hook with jump button, you will have hard time to get used to RoN's system; it instead uses jump button to wrap the hook; detach from the hook is done by the hook button again.

The game has a built-in speedrunning and replay mode. Players can easily watch other players runs in the game instantly. That's a nice addition for the people who enjoys watching speedrun videos. Overall, it's a solid speedrunner that also can appeal casual players.

It's pretty and nice, puzzles start easy then get complicated but hardly ever reach the point of impossible. I encountered pointless puzzles only twice. HOWEVER, the game is locked to 30 FPS for Nvidia Optimus on Linux; as settings are barebones, changing .ini values has no affect on framerate. Worst, if you attempt to change resolution to gain performance, it resets back when you start playing the game; definitely a low/no effort port for Linux.

Lastly, whoever thought crippling the character but not blocking him to complete objectives until the game softblocks in New Game Extended DLC was a great idea that costed me 2 hours, well done.
