Extreme monetisation and unfair balancing, Matchmaking sucks (Tier 7 ships often have to fight Tier 9 ships, which is basically impossible to win).

If Wargaming can stop being greedy ♥♥♥♥♥, and fix the matchmaking system this game would be really fun, as a fights between ships of the same Tier are very enjoyable and feel relatively balanced.
