Fantastic game and a terrific remake. Although I have to say that Xen is way too long and tedious. Got to the "Interloper" chapter and decided to skip it and go for the final boss. Still, hats off to the developers for taking their time (and - boy! - how much time did it take!) to make this happen.

I have some conflicted feelings about this. I mean, it's great, don't get me wrong... it's just that I've expected brave VR innovations from Valve here and we didn't really get any. Instead, we got a polished, beautiful and well-made game, that took almost no risks in terms of game mechanics.

HL:A is accessible and very fun to play. It's amazing to once again experience this universe after all these years. It's super nostalgic and sometimes genuinely scary: screw those black poison headcrabs!

But I really miss having some VR mechanics that are present in almost all games now, especially melee. Not having a possibility to smack a headcrab or a zombie dead with a brick or steel pipe - well, that's a crime. And what is going on with headshots here? - I need to shoot a combine around 8 times in the face (with blood and everything) before it finally dies!

Other than that, it's a full-scale VR game of a great quality in a great and nostalgic universe. Don't see the reason for getting a Valve Index to play it, so use whatever HMD you see fit and it will run great.

It's obvious that the sequel is very inspired by Hollow Knight, but that is actually great. The result is a bigger game, with so much to discover, better combat and, as expected, gorgeous graphics. Amazing.

Expect around 15hrs of gameplay and more if you want to collect everything.

Early Access Review
It just has too many bugs. Almost unplayable if you're a left-handed person. Sure, you can change the dominant hand in settings, but that opens a huge can of bugs - grenade still only works for the right hand, the tutorial does not disappear, the eject magazine button maps over the leaderboard button (now it does both), etc etc.

It might be a fun game, but after some time of "testing", I figured that I don't have time for this.

This is definitely the most fun I had in VR so far. For some reason I always postponed this purchase, but - man, oh man! - did it blow my mind. Sadly, it's rather short: completed the story under 2 hours, but luckily there is an endless mode where you can train even harder to become the true Chosen One.

If you own a VR headset - buy it. Throw any hesitation you might have out of the window. You don't fancy the graphics? The core idea may not seem interesting? It won't matter, believe me, SuperHot + VR - it's a match made in heaven.

Looks good, but generates very small amount of fun. Starting this game again is a mental struggle and not the one worth having.

I've played this game for a few hours and frankly it's pretty good. Even though it is really similar to FTL, it offers a little bit different experience, but with familiar gameplay. I really enjoyed exploring the galaxies and completing quests without any real time pressure as it was in the FTL.
I didn't quite like the fact the most of the crew (except the captain) are a bit useless during battles, but maybe there are things to figure out. Haven't played for that long, so don't know all game mechanics atm. However, I'll definitely continue playing later. Definitely recommend Space Rogue and hope that it will get some positive attention as this game deserves it.
