Very simple and easy introduction into Pathfinder second edition's combat system, it lacks any implementations of Exploration mode and a very simple Downtime mode, with only a shop and retraining in it's main story.

It'll be interesting to see how the modding community grows around this game.

Worth the pick up if you're interested in PF2E's combat or testing out character builds

This game is now ten years old and the base game and DLC are still full price. Don't trust CA with your money.

Inferior when compared to Wrath of the Righteous but still an enjoyable experience, and more "pure" to the PF1e ruleset, if a tad incomplete, if that is one's preference. Stick to Normal difficulty for most encounters, in my opinion. As someone who played through a majority of the main campaign on Hard (minus the increased stats to enemies) there comes a certain point where the game just becomes abjectly cruel and un-fun.

I didn't expect to play through the entirety of Journey with a stranger in 2023, but here we are.
