A remaster done properly.

This is a remaster for fans of the original series, for newcomers for survival horror, please enjoy this game blind without going into spoilers or even gameplay footage, BEST PLAYED WITHOUT RESEARCH. That being said, 1 negative side to it, if you want this game to work you have to change the graphics profile on the game.... Luckily there is a Steam forum post on how to do this, please give the person who did that post the most expensive sitcker, without that fix i would not have been able to play this game for long periods of time.

Time to make a review of my favourite game remade:

After 50+ hours and being able to enjoy the standard campaign and professional campaign i have this to say about the game:

PROS:
Graphics are amazing and the sound design make it all the more inmersive, the gunplay and battle mechanics feel heavy in a good way, parry mechanic and knife makes this excellente fun and giving room for a higher skill level. Enemies are varied the "cut content" is not even noticeable, didnt even miss it, there is new content in exchange and added story, the challenges are a very fun thing to do and tic off the list everytime you achieve them.

CONS:

Pay2win dlc, you dont need it, but its there....
Profesional difficulty gripes, so i player pro dificulty from 0, not using new game+, i wanted to just enjoy the dificulty and take my time i did use some unlocks i got like the prime knife just to have a extra main game knife because i was going to do some challenge hunting with this playthrough to see how hard is it to perform feats in hardes dificulty and let me tell you, hardest game i everplayed of the genre in this dificulty, some moments even touch on magical BS such as the garradors tracking your location while walking making the "killing a garrador with the knife" near imposible, next is that zombies are hyper agressive (no problem here), you can die in a 2/3 hit combo against them (personal gripe but again not really a problem) and they have a HUGE HEALTH POOL, thats the problem, i understand they can take more damage the higher the dificulty but sometimes it feels that they get to the point of being bullet sponges, Final boss gets a infnite horde of enemies that all deal half a bar of damage on average (yes you can get a rocket launcher and yolo but this is about the game experience of taking my time and not using shortcuts). Again my only gripe is tha profesional mode feels at best a REAL CHALLENGE and at worst UNREASONABLE DIFICULTY

All in all i rate it a 9.5/10 after getting 32/39 achievmentes and on my way for that juicy s+ on pro

playing yugioh since 2002! and this is a step forward!

PROS
you can make a tier 1 deck without wasting a penny!
gameplay is fluid and animations fun
even bad duels become fun
no chat! no toxic players in the duel!!

CONS

Google translations on some texts....
store is very very underwealming
crafting system is a bit harsh... especially in the SR and UR rarity. it would be nice to dismantel 2 UR for 1 UR instead of 3... you need somany UR for a "competent" extra deck, and thats just the extra...
Even thou you can make 1 tier one deck, the gems go dry and competitve duels should at least give you 80-90 gems per duel, not enough for 1 pack, but a good enough incencitve to keep on.

long time ago i paid around 30 or 40 euros for the game, i quit because it was full of cheaters, and now you make a game that was full of cheaters free, DONT PLAY THIS LOAD OF DOG SHAIT. Now that its free, more people can join and use cheats, i cant believe i paid for this ♥♥♥♥.

THIRD EDIT, this amazing update fixed the menu for restarting appearing under the pause menu making it imposible to be able, amazing, this just made the grind for P so much more easier, and the new style fixes amazing. People buy this game before it goes to 39.99 or something like that, i would pay more knowing the excellent support we are getting! the dream now would be for a online deathmatch mode or Cyber grind with friends that would be so much fun (this is ofcourse just wishfull thinking since that would require a server)

It´s the "killing Joke" in videogames, puts triple A games to shame.
