TL;DR
8/10 - Pick it up and beat it. It's well worth it despite some small issues.

Play-through was on Hard.

Pros:
-An enjoyable, sometimes funny, and compelling story.
-Simple RPG element that keeps you wanting to level up.
-Voice acting.
-Game play. Bullet time to kill enemies and dodge bullets that would otherwise kill you felt great.
-Unique storytelling.

Cons:
-Micro-stutter that had to be fix via task manager options.
-Duels did not work well with keyboard and mouse, this was my least favorite thing about the game and just ruined the pacing for me. I liked the idea just felt executed poorly.
-About half of the skills felt trivial to me, with a few of those just allowing you to gain xp faster or just carry more bullets.
