Pros:

- Has a relatively interesting atmosphere.
- Shows attempts at innovation - an inventory system, dialogue with NPCs, drivable vehicles (although the vehicles aspect has been used very little at the beginning).
- Narrated storyline that isn't too difficult to follow.

♥♥♥♥:
- Unnecessary viewbobbing when moving left and right that cannot be disabled. (Up and down bobbing can.)
- HUD can be confusing - inventory screen Use and Drop buttons are hard to spot, and dialogue choices often get truncated.
- Invisible walls in odd places that you wouldn't expect.
- Immersion is often broken by pointless "easter eggs" and messages like not being able to use a gun you find unless donating to the mod or something (the message didn't remain onscreen long).
- Combat is somewhat annoying, as enemies jerk around a lot and cause your view/aim to massively stagger when being hit, which is more irritating than frightening.
- Scares are pretty much jumpscares most of the time. Very little of it is from subtle or atmospheric triggers.
- Ammo conservation is also annoying - it seems that reloading when ammo is left in the magazine means you lose those rounds. (A pet peeve of mine, I hate it when FPS games do this.)
- Ammo magazines can be difficult to pick up even when there's nothing else around them to accidentally grab.
- Keys are tiny and often extremely hard to spot.

It's a decent attempt at a horror mod, and I'll probably give it another try soon. For now, though, I can't say I enjoyed it. I had to stop when a jumpscare spawned two enemies that backed me into a corner and massacred me in seconds.
