One of the best warhammer 40k games i ever played. In 2024 it feels outdated graphically and i had some quality of life issues and pathfinding issues. However the gameplay is fun enough and the story is 10/10, i actually kept on playing just because I wanted to uncover more of the plot, i just couldn't pause the game.

Steam deck is no longer supported so basically useless for my use case. **** rockstar.

I played this game for 20 hours and even one hour feels like a waste of time.

Too repetitive and boring, no sense of progression and not owning a single car.

I think out of all grid games this is the worst. Luckily i don't need to play it anymore, i gave it enough chances, from useless A.I. to useless co-driver...

Rarely it bring something interesting to the table like those special events where you are surprised with a muscle car you never seen before and then after that one race you never get to see it again... wtf...

I want my 20 hours back...

I don't even know why i bother buying EA's games. I actually have to justify why i got this on sale of course.

I bought it because at launch some friends pre-ordered it and i finally wanted to play with them but I was not fond of the game at first.f

Again once again,, ,i have to apply fixes to play games, so main and only issue is that it crashes at launch every now and then... to prevent this I have to delete everything in my Documents> nfs ubound > cache folder (don't delete the folder) and then in the steam installation folder where the game exe is, there is a "shadercache" folder, delete everything in that too and it will run.

I can't imagine paying full price and having to do all that... It is a game worth getting on a sale but nothing amazing, the boost system and driving is fun, the sound of the engines its good, the music gets old fast but it's not a problem.

The online is dead as you find yourself doing races by yourself... that is pretty ♥♥♥♥. I don't understand why couldn't they add bots to race against.

Also why do i need to grind so much to get money? holy **** the amount of grind required to get where you want to be.

The tier system of the cars it's fine, a standard by now. The story i just started it and feels cringe at best, i like the animations tho, and the animations around the cars.

Lastly the graphics are nice, pretty nice, not as good as other racing games but i would say it fits this one perfectly.

One last thing that bothers me is the amount of cars in the online play and the lack of cars in the single player.. so you are telling me that after the servers get shut down I won't be able to use the cars i earned online in offline or at least acquire them somehow? sheesh what a waste.... I mean some of them are really cool but you will lose them at some point, I guess for a less than a meal it's a fine game but otherwise mediocre.

If you don't see gems when you are closing your eyes, then you don't play this game right.

Repetitive and boring, glad is not on steam anymore for sale. Since the original the whole series went downhill.... just redo the original man...

Stupid launcher prevents me from logging in even after resetting the password... can't even play this....

I love this game, haven't played enough as I did not have proper time to get into it. However I did want to buy the dlc just to land on planets and get the sense of the ship's size.

Unfortunately the developers decided to be greedy and run this game into the ground making it pay to win. Glad I did not get to buy the DLC. Not recommending, this seems to be abandonware at this point and the devs are getting ready to depart.

I can only wish people would do the same for all anti consumer practices..

I am still upset with Sony for scamming me with the PS5 and other things... also very upset with BSG, Ubisoft, EA and I thought that if helldivers 2 falls to those scummy practices I will stop buying into video games from now on... Glad this is not happening anymore, I will still be careful and reluctantly buy anything that's not DRM free or online only (unless it is as glorious as helldivers 2 which is the best online coop game ever hands down.)

Amazing game, worst developer ever just like Ubisoft. Too bad Ghost, DICE, Criterion Games and Frostbite can't just work separately on this franchise outside of EA. EA will be the doom of it.

THE FIX FOR CONTROLLER ISSUE: go to control settings and unbind all the controls for keyboard and steering wheel. Then go to my documents > Need For Speed\settings > PROFILEOPTIONS_profile. Open it in notepad ++ and search for "type 3", replace all of the instances with "" and that is it, it should work, it fixed it for me. Unbelievable that a developer can't be bothered to spend a day on this fix.... they could add an option for you to choose your input device and based on that all of the above to be done automatically (like a really stupid but quick workaround), but hey they got the money and don't care.

Second of all I don't recommend this game because it is LIVE SERVICE. So same as the crew, when the servers will shut, the game will die FOREVER. Even tho it is an amazing game. I am a developer, it would hurt to see my product unusable forever because it is server based, but they just care about money so its okay.

I bought this on steam to play with the E46 from most wanted, guess what, that car is ALREADY in the shop, you can buy it already, I already had the game on origins but standard edition. I will refund this since this was the only reason for purchase.

Then there was the stupid setup with origin that bugged the game and I couldn't launch it, what a stupid process... unbelievable.

Back to the game, i love it, it is really good and it is my favourite modern NFS that's why it will hurt to see it down. I already have 60 hours on origins and I finished it more than once, it's that good even tho the story is horrible.

There are issues with it, apart from the controller one I had an issue with infinite loading while going in the garage. I also do not understand why they didn't add more activities on the map. Remember underground 2? you would have to discover different kind of shops, find parts around the map, find money and take photo session of your car.

I remember why i stopped playing tho, EA does it really bother you if I have more than 10 cars in my garage. WTF is that 5 in warehouse and 5 in the garage + 1 active ? What is the point playing a racing game if I can't have all the cars at some point. Stupid....

Also the old Porsche 911 it's OP, just get that and tune it. Really broken, that breaks the immersion for me.... Luckly I never paid more than $10 on EA's crap cause they don't deserve my money. I hope indie devs and honest devs will run you out of business when people will be tired of buying subpar products..

Remember, never pre-order, never buy a game at launch before you see the reviews. And if possible bleed big devs like Ubisoft and EA dry by waiting on their games years and then buy them for pennies (especially if the games are bad).
