I must admit, I went from being intrigued by this game to liking it, loving it, and enjoying it, and then back to loving it again. The plot and characters in this game captivated me in a way that no other game has in a long time, and the soundtrack, gameplay, and bosses are all flawless. With 18 chapters packed to the brim with fantastic character moments, stunning pieces of music, and more boss fights than you could wish for, this game blew me away. Final Fantasy VII Remake is fantastic because it appeals to a whole new generation of gamers with modernized combat and substantially better visual, it's well worth playing even if you haven't played the original.

As someone who didn't play the original Resident Evil 4 when it came out, I was still very excited to play the remake because I've been a big fan of Capcom's Resident Evil remakes so far and I had high expectations for it, and Hoo boy... Just like in every other Resident Evil game I've played, the story is well made. I'm impressed by how perfectly well-paced the plot and the gameplay is in this game it's constantly exciting and enjoyable from the beginning till the end. Talking about the gameplay, it's absolutely excellent!

The shooting, the survival horror elements, the action and set-pieces, the mechanics, the weapon and item variety, the quality of life improvements over the previous Resident Evil games everything is outstanding! Even the puzzles are very decent. Although, I got to say, I found the game to be unexpectedly difficult at times, but it's not a big deal because the game is so enjoyable to play, it's honestly hard to put the controller down. And the characters are surprisingly likable and interesting.

Also, unlike in the other Resident Evil games I've played, the bosses in Resident Evil 4 are really fun and cool for the most part, especially towards the end. Last but not least, the audio and the graphics are breathtaking! Overall, this is a successful remake, and this game is still a strong candidate for game of the year in 2023. And it seems that Capcom are firmly becoming one of the few big gaming developers that don't constantly shovel ♥♥♥♥ to their customers and call it a day.

Yes, I highly recommend it even to those who haven't played a Resident Evil game before.
