XCOM just does not work as a shooter. Squadmates can't think for themselves, requiring intense micromanagement so they don't die. If I have to constantly give them orders I'd rather play Enemy Unknown.

This game made me laugh in a few places, but I completed the game in about 10 hours. There wasn't a whole lot of challenge either. Since I got it on sale, I'm okay with this, but I would not pay $60 for it.

A decent roguelike, with a fair bit of humour. Somehow I manage to get myself killed through carelessness far more than I do with Nethack.
