I've been playing Beat Saber for a few years, but recently I've been getting really bad stuttering. During songs, the game would freeze for like a second and then go back to normal. This messes up my combos and on higher difficulties would just cause fails. So far, I've tried lowering the settings as low as they could go, as high as they could go, closing out all background programs, and uninstalling all my mods. My current set up is an:
Ryzen 5 2600X
RTX 3070 TI
32 GB Ram 3200 MHz
Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 1TB

I guess its the Cpu
