i don't even know where to start. the game could easily be one of the best games ever, but unfortunately the reality is different.
countless bugs ingame or in the UI. 90% Russians and Chinese on the EU servers who are ping abusing and always shoot you directly in the head from somewhere. If you catch one, you'll still die after two seconds because it was a trade. matchmaking doesn't make sense to me either, I'm on 6 stars unfortunately but can apparently never drop again and always have to play against some sick people and get knocked through walls which feels like cheating to me. I haven't had fun in the rounds for a while now, only the events keep me going for a few rounds because of my addiction to collecting. For some time now I've just been lying on the ground in the rounds as soon as I see opponents, but you still don't sink in the mmr. I just don't belong in these sick lobbies where you get hit in the head directly through the walls. it feels like you're playing against the same Russians and Chinese every round. The game used to be so much fun for me, but unfortunately some aspects of the game just make it bad at the moment. not to mention the performance problems or cheap servers with rubberbanding.

i hope that crytek will still save the game, but there's just too much going wrong. i can't imagine how crytek can be the 4th largest game developer in germany with 310 employees (as of 2023) and it feels like nothing is happening. let's see what the future will bring.
