What I love about this game is the emotion it provokes. From the blind panic as you run through a snowstorm, unable to see more than 5 feet in front of you, to the jumpscares you give yourself when your character takes a deep breath in the pitch black, to the heartbreak when you enter a child's room in a house, to the terror of realizing you are completely and utterly alone.
The music is eerie as hell, the mechanics are unique and realistic, and the maps are massive.
There's still much room for improvment, but considering it's still in early access, it's a solid game. 10/10
