Outer Wilds is a cosmic tale that feels grounded and personal like no other. I only regret that I can never experience it again.

When I played Outer Wilds, I was at a record low point in my life; I felt alone, I felt forgotten and I felt totally swept to the side by my circumstances at the time. I was pushing through a uni course I didn't like, living off of my savings and freshly separated from a long-term relationship. It was a total fluke that my friend recommended this game to me on his Game Pass account, I might never have played it otherwise.

This game helped me to dig deep and reach some levels of introspection I may have otherwise never found. I do not hesitate to say that this is my favourite piece of media, and quite possibly the best story ever told in a video game. It could not work in any other format and it is tantamount that you play it as blindly as possible.

Also, Echoes of the Eye is an incredible experience that nearly eclipses the base game, I wholeheartedly recommend that you buy it in tandem.

That speedrun achievement was tough

This is one of those rare games that just feels good to play. The base restaurant management and diving are already a thoroughly enjoyable gameplay loop, but Dave the Diver isn't content with just being good. Every hour or so there's a new game mechanic or twist on what you've been doing. I don't think I've ever played a game that just *works* like this one does. In 14 hours of gameplay, I have loved everything, no complaints at all.
It's refreshing to play such a complete experience.

A brilliant addition to the Ace Attorney franchise. But more than that, it not only breaks the trend of having bad third cases, but totally shatters it.
Case 3 of TGAA and case 3 of TGAA2 are contenders for the best cases in the entire series.

i ended up watching a playthrough bc the map is quite esoteric.
game's got a great atmosphere and is incredibly engaging and intriguing for it's runtime.

This game is so creepy. It forms an immediate dissonance as soon as you sink your teeth in with a peaceful and frankly ADDICTING gameplay loop. But as you start to get comfortable, the veil starts to slip and you will become steadily less at ease. "What was that growling sound? What's that shape in the distance? Oh ♥♥♥♥, my panic meter's getting pretty spotty. Can I die in this game? I really don't wanna find out."
I never get too invested in horror games, scares rarely do much for me. But this game had me pissing myself throughout. Right down to the last seconds of gameplay i was spinning my camera around, anxiously scanning for threats.
All this without a single jumpscare.
