Yeah, World vs World does seem quite intensive. Only time will tell, but if you have the specs to run Tera, chances are more than not that you'll be relatively fine. :]

I can back that choice of class in Elementalist, certainly. Though admittedly, the AOE nukes and status effects are what drew me in, aha ha. The heals would be pretty nice to drop down as well I suppose, though Mesmer is really where my affection lies in the creating of illusions and misdirection. They even gain a stealth aspect, which is icing on the cake! My only worry is that in World v World v World when it's a huge clump of people, it won't matter all that much with so many AOEs being dropped on people's heads. :<

Looks like we'll be in the same starting area in that case! I'm most definitely one to enjoy a good plant humanoid character as well, they're quite diverse and mystical- that and I've always admired foliage in or as hair! As a matter of fact, I could go about recreating the plant character which I had already created in an RP (which was sadly abandoned) myself now that I think of it. I'd not go about role playing as her or anything of the sort, but it would be a nice little homage to keep her alive in a way.

As far as the Necromancer goes, I do believe I messed up in what I was imagining. I was thinking of the Human Elite skill that turns you into a grim reaper. Pretty badass if I do say so myself.

... saying that, however, there are so many other cool looking classes I've entirely forgotten about given the last time I looked at GW2 information. The Mesmer and the Elementalist intrigued me more than once, and the Necromentalist certainly looks like a blast with his darkly form.

I suppose I'll just have to get in there at some point and try them for myself, and considering that each race has their own story line, the chances are good that I shall indeed have the chance to do so.

Sounds like a way to kick back and relax to me! Well, pardoning Lifetime. Not quite my choice of how to spend leisure time, but Guild Wars 2 I can certainly get behind (no monthly fee being a beautiful thing).

Who are you planning to play as on release? I'm leaning toward Sylvari myself, learning that Jennifer Hale voices them being a bit more incentive than just their looks and starting area. However I'm unsure as to the class. Thief looks like it would suit me, I am a fan of my rogue type classes!

Well, I never quite began playing it myself due to cash troubles, yet it does seem as though it has ended up like any other MMO. Fun for a while, but easily burnt out upon. So there's really no reason to say farewell, eh? It's not as if it is the only game that could ever be played- and on top of that we never actually played it together, heh. Also, not sure if it is intended, but that fare thee well sounded pretty grim dark future. Is anything going on that you'd care to get off your chest?

Hum, hello there Elle! I never did get back to you in terms of Tera ages back, but how's it going in the Crag? Does it still have you playing the game as everyone slowly creeps up to level 60?

It happens that Steam doesn't register site logins, it only counts if you login via the client. Something I haven't done in a very long time, mhmhm.

As far as your choice of server, aww, that's a shame. I'm actually going to be playing around between Valley of Titans where a few of my friends are going and Jagged Coast, where the newly reformed guild is headed off to. Maybe I'll have to pop into the Crag once in a while on a level 1 and say hello. :]
