Great engine and content facelift. It does CS2's update better than CS2. If it were only based off that, this review would be positive.

However the UI is an abomination. I haven't seen anything anywhere this bad. The main menu is full screen advertisements for skin bundles in an already pay to play game. Side tabs are inconsistent, hotkeys change between menus, and buttons linking the battlepass are shoved everywhere.

The worst part is that it takes 20+ clicks to recruit and equip a hunter. Each hunter comes with ten slots, and each slot means a full screen transition into an unsorted grid that doesn't save sort filters. Your owned skins are randomly mixed in with unowned skins, and an errant double click means you're out $5-15 in premium currency. It's insane how bad it is.

You'd think the worst part of dying in an extraction shooter is losing your perks and gear. Instead it's the prospect of clicking through 30 screens just to get geared up and playing again.

It's incredible how bad the UI is.

Some good points. Especially the one about action "queueing", I had this happen several times and I was wondering if it was a bug or lag or what. Essentially it kept performing actions several seconds after I tried to perform them and all in the order that I tried to do them, they just came out way too late and it felt like I had completely lost control of my character
