ok, so i only finished Act 1, most of it via the demo, between the demo and full game i have like 3-4 hours of gameplay

but seeing as how this game is super hidden, and i only found out about it because of a fanatical bundle, im gonna write this recommendation to give the dev a push, cuz they ABSOLUTELY deserves it

this is probably the best game ive played relative to how well hidden it is, at the time of writing there are only 52 reviews made for it

this game is basically Devil May Cry 2D, you are thrown in small non-linear levels are you are tasked with finding 3 keys to proceed each time, between the scavenging you will be tasked with multiple combat and platforming challenges, the combat system in this game is fantastic, very fluid, well animated and with tons of options, you will also face a huge variety of enemies each with different attack patterns and very fun and challenging bosses, the game isnt super pretty graphically, but the artstyle grows on ya, the soundtrack is very good and so far the story is interesting

my only complains is that the game lacks a map feature which can sometimes make navigating the levels confusing, and sometimes during combat encounters you can get overwhelmed with tons of enemies

i usually dont buy early access games, and up until now ive never recommended any early access game, but whats here is fun, decently long and if you are a fan of Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Rising or similar games, this is a super easy recommendation
