What can DayZ do?

It can make your heart race. It can make you laugh your arse off. It can fill you with rage to the point you want to smash your keyboard and it can fill you with joy. Most importantly though?

It can teach you to read maps.

It currently costs 80p or your local equivalent, definitely worth it. Not as broken as it was at the start, perfect for a few laughs with friends. Holding down the fort until we get another good S.W.A.T 4 style tactical shooter.

It's not a massive leap forward from Saints Row: The Third but it is a justified one with the inclusion of super powers. Saints Row 2 is one of my favourite games but I was dissapointed with SRTT and so I was skeptical about getting SRIV. However I am glad that I did because the super powers make for some fun and fluid gameplay and the powers are put to strange uses in a way that only Saints Row can do.

8/10

Still one of the best RPGs out there. Complain about how simplistic it is all you want, it's got great feeling combat and literally hundreds of quests. The quests are technically infinite, just repeated with certain values changed. A huge map with a few greats DLCs and it goes for cheap now - buy it.

Heavily underrated game. Story is sort of cliched but it just adds to the fun. It's got the dopest swinging mechanic, comparable to the Arkham games, graphics aren't the worst in the world. In short this game was unfairly judged by the press because it is honestly one of the best 3rd person shooters of the past 10 years.

Alan Wake is one of the best third person shooters available. Having completed it on Xbox, the PC port was a must, and I can say the port is very well done. The textures are fabulous and the dark tone is sort of a cross between Twin Peaks and The Twilight Zone (which is even referenced in-game). Alan Wake is an absolute must for anybody who enjoys thrillers and supernatural tales.

PAYDAY 2 is a great co-op game but I doubt many people play it any more. Probably something to do wit the fact that OVERKILL delayed all the DLC by about 30 years and still haven't implemented the safe house customization.
