The game's alright, but has a pretty large price tag for such a short experience, my play-through being only 2 hours long, most of that wandering around trying to find where to go.

Audio didn't work at all, no fixes online could make it even close to what I could get out of Timmy's first Unity game working with Scratch sound effects.

Not only that, but it looks like the franchise really gone to ♥♥♥♥. I had to cycle through enough popups on first download I might have exceeded the refund window. This game has always been about the campaign, now the campaign is a DLC with a ton of other esoteric steps along the way to get anything working. It wants to be the next Halo, but has nothing to get it there.

Copy/paste from the old game, but with such a basic, uninspired visual style and not enough different or cool to warrant a new game in my opinion, and the prospect of going back through the grind for something that looks like this is not on my mind.

Plus, the whole thing looks like it's made in Unity, which isn't ever good.

Pretty nice game, the start can be a little annoying though and everybody else has positive reviews so effectively giving it a middle review via a thumbs down.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, it sucks so bad

It's an okay look into classic RPG games, but doesn't add anything to the formula that deserves attention besides weighty, annoying mechanics. Appraisal is useless and bogs down the fun waiting for an object to be appraised, the minotaur is a sloppy fix to a much deeper running problem, etc. etc.. The tutorials are also rather terrible.
If you're really desperate for a classic RPG, go ahead. Otherwise, watch out.

What a horrible game.
It lacks a single player mode in any sense, you are stuck behind a brainless level wall before you can access new weapons (and leveling is slow as balls), the way to win is extremely spam based, and the tutorial doesn't even teach you how to play the game.
Not only that, but nobody plays the game, parrying is ♥♥♥♥, weapon throwing is ♥♥♥♥, picking up weapons is ♥♥♥♥, the story is ♥♥♥♥, and the game heavily favors people who have already been playing for a long time, as they just have straight up better gear and can full on ♥♥♥♥ block you from proceeding.
The weapons are unbalanced, like what the ♥♥♥♥ is spear, and combat is slow, clunky, unrewarding and usually just a "rub your body against the other player with a weapon" until one of you drops dead.

The platforming is okay at best, and the momentum mechanics are absolutely awful and throw you wildly in directions you did not want to be going.

God, what a headache.
The visuals are nauseating, and the speed difference while close and far to the center of the circle makes the gameplay quite annoying early on.
The audio is also unusually loud.
