This is one of my favorite games of all time. It has SO many improvements over the first from combat and progression to atmosphere. Also has a better balance between things than the original; Combat and stealth, humor and horror, linearity and exploration, half an idea of what you're doing and "WTF is happening?!" Not to mention Sebastian is actually central to the plot instead of someone that just seems to have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dragged along for the nightmare this time around.

You also have a kitty in the safe room to watch slideshows with that'll occasionally give you the stuff for upgoorades.

Started out taking copious amounts of well-deserved crap, but instead of just dropping it for something new they kept at updating and improving it. Now it's actually a fun game and proof they believed and were determined it could be as good as they'd wanted with work. Good on ya, Devs.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a (rather complicated at first) sci-fi exploration/survival/crafting kinda game.
