It's silly and it's fun.

An atmospheric masterpiece.

What Limbo did right, Inside polishes to perfection. In this short, dialogue-free game, you are controlling a boy who starts off the game trying to escape from some sketchy characters. As your quest progresses, you find yourself infiltrating a company that deals with zombifying and mutilating humans.

The game itself is quite short, and you can finish it in 3 to 4 hours at a relaxed pace. The puzzles, although interesting, don't get too difficult. Comparing to Limbo, there wasn't any puzzle that left me completely dumbstruck for a long period of time. That said, each puzzle feels completely at home in this beautiful and haunting world. Although the game is short, is absolutely warrants multiple playthroughs. It's clear that a lot of love went into every detail of this game. Each frame has been meticulously designed, and sometimes you just have to stop to take in the scene.

I won't get into the story here, which needs some reading in to, but I would strongly recommend playing this game. At a price of 20 eur, it could be considered a bit steep for its playing time, but if you liked Limbo, I would recommend picking this up at a discount at least.

FTL is more than a game, it's an abusive relationship. The more you play it, the more it punishes you, the more you crave it.
