fun with friends (in the title)

I hadn't opened the game up for a while, and it turns out i was like one in game day away from the story getting really interesting; essentially logged back on and found something in game which really propelled the story. And suddenly it was super fun and the story was great, and then it builds to the climax. It leaves you with all these questions about what you just witnessed and played through, and then you talk to your friends and family and the game just ends.
Id recommend it still, the dialogue is great and the characters are relatable, all while looking beautiful with the artstyle.

The Stanley Parable rips you from yor reality and sucks you into the world of stanley, a mundane office worker. As boring as it sounds, this game is a mind control facility of it's own, keeping you glued to the screen, pushing buttons. (not a spoiler, it shows it in the trailer)

The game is a delight as you annoy and befriend the narrarator, deciding if you want to follow his directoins or not. Im not gonna say anthing more so i dont give anything more away

Dont waste your money on this. You would think that they wwould have some sort of tutorial if the game was set to beginner. It drops you in blind with no way of figurring anything out due to its janky controls and confusing UI

I couldnt stop playing. Seriously. When I first bought this game, an old friend was visiting, a once in a year sort of thing (maybe less often) My problem was the only thing on my mind was Firewatch. I forced him to sit down next to me as I played, because this game had me glued to every aspect of it.

the visuals are incredible! The story is simple, but very captivating! Although it wil only take you around 3 hours to complete the game, depending on how much you try to explore, its worth your money.

such a good game, 1000 hours, no regrets, many ways to play and it never gets old
