Championship.. I mean Football Manager, used to be fun. Not having touched it since the early Nougties, I installed the latest one and got a headache within 5 minutes. It's too complicated. Then I found this game. It's almost as fun as the old CM games but nowhere near as frustrating because I control the players. Unlike in CM I can't blame the Centerback for being an idiot because I'm the one controlling him.

Easy to pick up, not difficult to master but making money is helluva hard.

This game and it's older sibling, XCOM1, are kinda fun. It just that, it's nowhere near as fun as the original UFO: Enemy Unknown. It's been dumbed down for the kiddies of today, who can't keep track of more than 2 things at a time and have the attention span of a goldfish. It could've been so much better, all that needed to be done was update the graphics of the original instead of this... re-imagining rubbish. Buy it if it's on sale but buy and play the original one first.

XCOM 1 & 2 were kinda ok. Fun, but nothing compared to the original UFO: Enemy Unknown. It was dumbed down for the kiddies of today. But this, Chimera Squad, this was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend it even if it was for free.

TLDR: Don't waste your time. eFootball is a piece of crap now, not worth playing even though it's free.

I started with Winning Eleven on the SNES, then Pro Evolution Soccer on the PS1. Over the last few years, this game has become less and less of a simulation. Every new game, the AI takes more and more control away from the player. Now when it's time for the player to concede a goal, there's nothing you can do about it. If it isn't time for the player to score, you'll miss or the keeper will save, even though you're 2 feet away from an open goal. Instead of being fun and challenging, all it does is enrage me now.

eFootball is just a waste of time now, the lowest point in a series of games that used to be the undisputed king of football games.

220.7 hours sunk into this game. Well worth it.
