Functionally it's not any different than a random website that would allow you to exchange semi-anonymous messages. Somehow this basic functionality is implemented in such a natural and interesting way that it becomes a wholesome and worthwhile experience with plenty of atmosphere and a sense of community.

It's a good substitute for live boardgaming, especially in the time of coronavirus. The scripting possibilities and the huge catalogue of already implemented boardgames in the workshop mean that playing on Tabletop Simulator is sometimes even better than playing in person, especially for games that require a lot of bookkeeping and have a long setup time.

Yet another "flawed masterpiece" from Obsidian. It's very janky in terms of control and moment-to-moment gameplay. But it makes up for it with an interesting world, great writing and a really good system of choices and consequences.

Pretty good mystery game with a unique take on mechanics.

Pretty ok. It's a post-modernist rendition of a typical "choose your girl" visual novel. It won't impress you if you've seen other media (movies/games/books) that do similar things but it's a nice introduction to postmodernism for those gamers who don't usually see eye to eye with that part of the art world.

Very intense. Makes me dizzy in a good way. Never managed to finish all the levels, it gets crazy after a point.

This was pretty fun! It's a narrativist game first and foremost with a few mechanics sprinkled on top. I liked it enough to do multiple playthroughs. It has its shortcomings but it's worth trying once just for the writing and sense of adventure.

it's a good shooter with some physics puzzles. Excellent pacing. Nice story and sense of mystery. Might feel a bit outdated nowadays but it was extremely good for its time.

It plays like a really nice visual novel in the form of a point & click adventure game. The aesthtics, including visuals, music, sounds and writing are all expertly realised. The gameplay novelty here is that you don't play a specific character or set of characters; instead you're inventing the story as you go, making up backstories, interpreting characters and events, providing explanations and resolutions. The main beats of the story play out the same way no matter what you choose, so your choices say more about your own feelings than anything else.

I really enjoyed the sense of place and mood it conveys and I had some introspective fun fretting over what to do when presented with options.
