After reading all reviews I was pretty excited about this game, yet I got disappointed.

Everything was too hast and hectic. Story progression, a romantic relationship development (even if you decide to go for a slowburn version), increasing new powers.

I didn’t like the MC. Like a person in general, it’s not related to the choices. The MC seems to be just a cunning and lucky person without actually anything special about them. I really tried to find anything, anything at all to like them for, but I couldn’t. And I hated the MC’s sister. Gosh she is annoying, arrogant and bloodthirsty.

I went for Cyril’s romance. He was the only reason I finished the game. I truly enjoyed his caring, gentle and protective nature. Though I didn’t grasp why he fell for the protagonist. They have nothing in common, and the MC didn’t do anything spectacular for him. Basically they caught Cyril only with a couple of compliments and flirts. That’s why I felt nothing during all romantic scenes and dialogues. I didn’t believe in their relationship.

The story tried to be interesting and intriguing, but I couldn’t shake off the feeling of it trying so hard to be a super short version of Game of Thrones…
