Pandas!

I am really disappointed in this game. I had been looking forward to it for the past year and I ended up being sick of playing it within the first day I bought it. I am hopeful that there will be updates or mods to fix things or make things more interesting.

Best city sim yet

I don't think I have ever written a review for a game, but this game was so terrible that I felt it necessary.

I regret my purchase and I am actually disappointed in Paradox Games, a company that I trust, because this game was not ready to be released. Why not put it out as an Alpha and get some feedback and work out some issues and concept? The game is hollow and not fun. The concept is good and it has some good ideas, but it is not challenging and gets quite boring. I completed it just because I kept hoping that it was going to get interesting...but when it was over I felt completely underwhelmed.

Also, what is up with all of the female gang members? This is the 1920s and women weren't getting involved in organized crime at the level that this game portrays. Also, every "romance" that sprung up for my gangsters was homosexual. That wouldn't have happened openly back in that area. It honestly was just really cringey seeing the lengths that were made to have this game be inclusive or whatever they were going for. This is Paradox Games....I like a certain level of accuracy and some of these things made it impossible to suspend disbelief.
