No DLC (or probably even a full game) will ever top Blood and Wine. It is the single most amazing piece of content I've played. Toussaint is absolutely stunning. Beauclair and its castle, the vineyards, the big fields and even the dark caves are very inviting. The lighting is warm and the colours are vibrant. The quests are engaging and rewarding. Even the weird side quests you find on the side of the road are fun, but let's be honest here, when it comes to Witcher 3 this isn't unique to Blood and Wine. It definitely brings Geralt's story to a fitting close, faithful to the books. The only bad part of this DLC is that Toussaint is so beautiful, you won't want to leave it and go to the other zones. If you want to finish the game 100%, save Blood and Wine for last.

Most importantly, the music is just... wow.

If, somehow, you didn't buy the Game of the Year edition and thinking about getting this DLC, it's a no-brainer. You don't need to wait for a sale (although at the time of this review the Spring Sale is going on), it is worth every penny.

Under Trion it was kinda p2w but still fun, then Trion went bankrupt and sold it to Gamigo. Now it's a laggy p2w hell with no real endgame or simply any goal at all. A huge waste of time, I dread that it still shows up on my profile and I dread how many hours I've put in to it. If you have any shred of self respect, avoid this game at all costs.
