35 hours in, and Path of Exile 2 has been amazing! The combat is smooth, the visuals are stunning, and the new skill gem system offers so much creativity for builds.

Dear Amazon Games,

We, the Throne and Liberty community, are fed up. The constant server outages, disconnections, and unstable gameplay are unacceptable for a game of this scale. Many of us have invested both time and money into Throne and Liberty, only to be met with repeated interruptions that make it impossible to fully enjoy the content we’re paying for. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s ruining the experience.

We have lost out on time-sensitive events, missed out on rewards, and seen our progression stall because of your inability to keep the servers stable. This is not what we signed up for, and frankly, your vague apologies are not enough. We demand proper compensation for the time we’ve lost, the events we’ve missed, and the frustration we’ve endured.

It’s time for Amazon Games to step up. We expect compensation in the form of premium currency, valuable items, experience boosts, or other meaningful rewards. Anything less is an insult to the player base that continues to support this game despite the ongoing issues.

Additionally, we demand transparency about what’s being done to address these server problems. We’re tired of being left in the dark. If these issues persist, many players will start looking for alternative games that respect their time and investment.

This is your chance to make things right. Listen to your community, compensate us fairly, and fix the servers—before it’s too late.
