This is one of the two greatest games out there that can provide countless possibilities for media crossovers, whether it's for making fan fics, comics, screenshots, artwork, in-general gameplay or (in most people's case) videos on YouTube.

You want to play Minecraft without having to its game mechanics? gmod can do that because there's maps and models available on Steam Workshop and garrysmods.org.

You want to play Sims without going through its game mechanics? There's ragdolls and props from that series and hundreds of suitable maps for people to play around with.

You want to make your own "If Mario Was In..." scenarios? The possibilities are virtually limitless in gmod for that concept!

Sure it's difficult to animate and pose ragdolls/props/effects/whatever but that's what the variety of tools provided in addons are for, not to mention the immeasurable amount of weapons, maps, characters, gamemodes, etc; to try out, with more being posted on Steam Workshop, garrysmods.org, deviantart, mediafire, gamebanana and wherever else everyday. Garry's Mod is indeed worthy to be called the Ultimate Sandbox game of them all.

One of the funniest games I've ever played from one of the funniest web shows, "Hatfall" has a lot of strong points to offer players:

- Funny dialogue.
- The look on your face when you get suckered into getting squashed by anything that isn't a hat during normal gameplay.
- Gifts that come every 25 hats collected to ensure the player doesn't get bored.
- Funny minigames and screen-changing gimmicks via the Gifts.
- Unlockable characters; they're not playable but meant for good visual variety and to help just a little to tell the player apart from the other noobs running around aimlessly with the player.
- An angry Wizard that makes the next round harder but rewarding if you get the hat because after a Game Over, you'll get a special bonus from the Wizard for the next run.
- An actual antagonist in the form of a manipulating living ball of hats named Rondo Hat-Ton.
- A global leaderboard that shows whose collected the most hats EVER; this is what would make the game worth playing for literally the rest of your life if you were that crazy enough to do that.
- Funny Steam Achievements; some of them are hard to get but since they're based off collecting, you'll get them and a Perfect Game for your Steam profile eventually.
- Steam Trading Cards for decent-looking Profile Badges, profile backgrounds and emoticons.

However, now that I finally have all the Achievements and completed the game, there's a few things about it I'm concerned about:

- Once every Alter Ego character is bought, all the player can do is turn them on or off to have them appear in gameplay. But what of the Hat Reserve? What am I supposed to do with all the Hats I have from normal gameplay and minigames? Not being able to use them for anything makes the minigames and Bonus Hats from Wizard Boons useless. What I'd like to see is have the Shop include a few more Alter Ego characters (you have plenty more ideas for that, Yahtzee) and more importantly, the Wizard's Stand added so that the player can purchase certain Power-Up cards to help out for gameplay. I'd like to make it into the Global Leaderboard's top 10 players someday and purchasing plenty of Extra Lives and Double Hat cards for next games will definitely come in handy to make the score go faster.

- More Wizard Boon cards for the bonuses and Store: the Wizard's cards are based off Major Arcana Tarot cards; there's 22 Major Arcana but Yahtzee only used 7 of them. I have some of my own ideas that could make the missing Major Arcana worth having around, if Yahtzee's willing to listen...

- It's obvious that "The Emperor's New Upgrade" Gift does nothing. It's also a bit annoying that Rondo Hat-Ton has to appear every 1500 Hats collected (including Bonus Hats). So what if you wanted to not bother with having Rondo around, not even in the background? I think that after beating Rondo the first time, "The Emperor's New Upgrade" could turn into an "Anti-Rondo Protection Device"; that way, Rondo won't appear at all as long as this Gift is active.

- The hats are always the same during normal gameplay; Yahtzee's fedora or the Wizard's hat. I feel there should be DLC content for the Store that includes various other hats, masks, wigs and cosmetics shown in the Zero Punctuation series for purchasing, such as Mario's cap and stache, the Assassin's Creed cowl, Master Chief's helmet, etc; adding success messages to corresponding headwear (and for Rondo) would also be good for characterization. Such a concept for headwear variety will undoubtedly make it all the more worthwhile for ongoing gameplay and I hope this could be taken into future consideration. Or at least use these headwear for more Alter Egos, perhaps; that might be a better idea, actually...

- As much as I like the tune played during normal gameplay, one can take so much of it. Perhaps a few more tracks could be added and played randomly from game to game for the sake of variety. Such tunes could be purchased first at the Store and turned on or off, like how it would work in Super Smash Bros. games in terms of being able to select what tunes would be heard more often for corresponding stages, know what I mean?

- Most importantly, BARELY ANYONE PLAYS THIS GAME ANYMORE. Not only could my ideas mentioned above prove useful to catch people's interest but also advertising Hatfall more often, too. Yahtzee, you have your videos, you've got the access of "The Escapist" website; I think you can come up with something to get your game back in business, to which I hope you will someday.

But all in all, Hatfall is a game worth playing, so thank you Mr. Croshaw for this gem.
