Easy to learn builder with some surprising depth. Super relaxing, been using it to calm my anxiety. Just a wonderful little game, easily one of the best gifts I've been sent on Steam.

Good game, great and personable dev team. Arrowhead are amazing people. Show them some love for fighting for the PC community.

DOOM Eternal is interesting.

Do yourself a favor and turn the HUD color to UAC and turn the Tips off. Figuring the game out on your own is much more satisfying.

It's completely balls to the wall and ridiculously intense, once you get past the first 2 levels. The beginning part of the game is super slow due to the limited ammo capacity, and only having 2 guns. These early parts drag a bit, especially on higher difficulties. I do not condemn anyone who turns the difficulty down; it throws so much at you and I was not having fun even on Ultra Violence. I wasn't learning because the game is so punishing.

That's okay, though. Once combat clicks and you really get the rhythm going, it's one of the best, most satisfying gameplay experiences ever. Mick Gordon knocks it out of the park again, I got killed several times because I was too busy headbanging and missed something shooting at me.

Platforming is annoying. But I'm bad at it, so I don't know if that's just me.

All in all, I'm positive on it. I'm having a blast - not even finished with the game yet.

Came for Batman. Stayed for Catwoman's butt.

10/10 would drool again.

I don't normally play platformers because they bore the hell out of me, but I sat down to Ori and the Blind Forest after hearing great things about it, and six hours later I was inches away from my screen furiously gritting my teeth while piloting the cute little glowing tree baby that is Ori up a wall while trying to avoid an insta-killing laser beam thing.
It can honestly be aggravatingly challenging at times, and I both love and hate this game for it.

On one hand, the game requires skill and tactical thinking, and I like that, but on the other I've died so many times I was genuinely wishing for the sweet release of death so I could escape the excess of forest monsters killing Ori over and over again.

Or, more often by my own hand, by jumping into a spike and impaling my adorable little glowing corpse onto it.
The story's pretty great, gives you the feels in the first ten minutes, which is always good. Then you're running away from a rushing flood and dying seventy five times before you complete the section. Or running away from an evil owl.

10/10 would die 500 times again.
